2. Payments: All payments must be made directly to the corresponding establishments. Gotayo does not accept or process payments on behalf of these establishments.

3. Eligibility: Discount codes are valid only for individual consumers and cannot be used by businesses or resellers.

4. Validity: Each discount code is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Expired codes will not be accepted.

5. Single Use: Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Non-Transferable: Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.

7. Restrictions: Discount codes may have booking or category restrictions. Refer to the specific terms associated with each code.

8. Minimum Booking Requirements: Some discount codes may require a minimum booking arrangements to be valid. Check the terms associated with each code for details.

9. Combining Offers: Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated.

10. Errors and Adjustments: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any bookings that violate these terms or are subject to error, fraud, or misuse of discount codes.

11. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes and their terms at any time without prior notice.

12. Legal Compliance: Use of discount codes must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
